Boxing Round Timer
A free boxing timer set to standard amateur rounds — three minutes of work, one minute between rounds. The start and end of every round is called out loud, so it works across the gym on the bag, the pads, or in sparring without anyone watching a screen.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
- How long is a boxing round?
- Amateur and most gym rounds are 3 minutes with 1 minute of rest. Professional championship rounds are also 3 minutes, while many women’s professional bouts use 2-minute rounds. The timer starts at 3 minutes and can be set to any length.
- Can I use it for MMA or Muay Thai rounds?
- Yes. MMA rounds are 5 minutes with 1 minute rest and Muay Thai rounds are 3 minutes with 2 minutes rest — set the work and rest fields to match and save it as a preset.
- Will it call the rounds out loud?
- Yes. You get a spoken get-ready countdown and a call at every round and rest change, so the phone can sit on a bench across the room.
- Does the screen stay on during a session?
- Yes. The timer holds a wake lock while it runs, so the screen will not sleep between rounds.
